The Glow Sign is a next-generation illuminated display engineered for maximum visual impact. Each sign is built from a multi-layer construction designed to enhance brightness, diffuse light evenly, and create a smooth glowing effect behind your custom artwork.
A CNC-routed acrylic core houses a 12V LED strip, placed within a precision-milled channel that directs light outward toward the printed face. A 1/16" black PVC backer provides rigidity and blocks light spill, while a white reflective vinyl layer bounces the light forward for increased intensity. The top layer features 1/8" White 7328 (presumably 7328, but you mentioned 7238 — both are common — using your “7238” spec) acrylic, direct-printed for sharp color and beautiful diffusion.
A 0.90" black outer border frames the sign, conceals all LED components, and improves heat dissipation — creating a clean, professional edge on every piece.
Each Glow Sign includes a French cleat wall mount, a 12V power supply, and is available in multiple standard sizes and shapes.
