1. Services
All Seasons Printing provides printing, custom apparel, signage, vehicle Graphics, graphic design, and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders and Pricing
- All orders must be placed through our website, in-store, or via approved communication channels.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed orders will be billed at the price agreed at the time of purchase.
- All quotes are valid for 30 days.
3. Sharing Your Information:
- Payment is due in full unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, cash.
- Orders may not be processed until payment is received.
4. Production Time and Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate, high-quality artwork.
- All Seasons Printing reserves the right to refuse or modify orders containing illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material without permission.
5. Artwork and Content
- Customer-Provided Artwork: Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, print-ready, high-resolution artwork. All Seasons Printing is not liable for issues resulting from low-quality, incorrect, or improperly formatted files submitted by the customer.
- Artwork Created by All Seasons Printing: If All Seasons Printing creates or adjusts artwork on behalf of the customer, we will ensure that the final design meets professional production standards. Customers will receive a proof for approval before production. Once approved, All Seasons Printing is not responsible for any errors or changes requested afterward.
- Content Restrictions: All Seasons Printing reserves the right to refuse or modify any artwork or content that is illegal, offensive, violates community standards, or contains copyrighted material without proper authorization.
- Intellectual Property Warranty: Customers affirm that any artwork, logos, or content they provide do not infringe on copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary rights of any third party.
6. Proofs and Approvals
- Proofs will be provided when applicable and must be approved by the customer prior to production.
- Once approved, All Seasons Printing is not responsible for errors in the final product.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
- Refunds are not available for custom products unless there is a proven defect or error on our part.
8. Returns and Damages
- All Seasons Printing ensures quality in production. Any defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
- We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
- All Seasons Printing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our liability for defective products or errors is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
10. Privacy
- Customer information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
11. Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, logos, and materials created by All Seasons Printing remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred.
12. Changes to Terms
